As an auto parts company, the customer needed a warehouse storage system capable of handling relatively heavy loads while making efficient use of the available storage space.
The project involved two different rack configurations with different dimensions and load requirements.
The first configuration required racks measuring 2000 × 600 × 3000 mm, with 5 storage levels and a loading capacity of 1.2 tons per level.
The second configuration required racks measuring 1200 × 500 × 2400 mm, with 6 storage levels and a loading capacity of 600 kg per level. The confirmed project requirements included 40 units of the first configuration and 60 units of the second configuration.

The frame specification was W500 × H2400 × 90 × 70 × 1.5 mm, with beams measuring L1020 × 80 × 45 × 1.5 mm.
In addition, the project included 1820 × 100 × 45 × 1.5 mm beams, with a quantity of 100 pieces.
Once the customer selected the no-decking option, Kevina worked to provide the most competitive possible price for the complete project.
